Biography

After graduating from the University of Texas with degrees in architecture and structural engineering, Paul Collier went on to work closely with two major European architects, Massimiliano Fuksas (Grand Prix for architecture in 1999 and director of the Venice Biennial in 2000)in Rome and Santiago Calatrava (Time 100, Time Magazine 2005, Ground Zero Metro, New York) in Paris He began his career as a structural engineer at Wiskoff-Pickman in New York working on skyscrapers.

He opened his agency in France in 1998 in Paris and moved the agency to the French Riviera in 2006 where he specialises in private villas and gardens along the coast line, marrying architecture and landscape, urbanism and rurality, poetry and structure.

Natural light, climate, water and nature are all integral parts of his design.
